Dear Athlete
Please fill out the ‘Athlete Screening Day Application form’ if you wish to attend the Screening day, which will be held on 8th October 2011 between 10am – 4pm, at the Netball Centre, Loughborough University.

All athletes must be U19 to take part in this competition(All ages are taken at midnight of the 31st December /1st January athletes birth date must be 1993 or later)

Entry/Administration Fee – £5.00.

Screening will consist of match play only.

Athletes must be available on Tuesday and Thursday evenings for Franchise training sessions. It is recommended that athletes are of Regional or Premier League club level or above.
