On Saturday 3rd November local super league netball team Loughborough Lightning hosted a pre season children's camp as part of the new Community Netball Development programme. After successful day camps last year a programme including four day camps throughout the season, specific coaching clinics and school or club visits has been put together and Imago have kindly agreed to sponsor the program.

Approximately 50 x 11-16 year old girls were in attendance from the East Midlands region at the Sir David Wallace Sports Hall, Loughborough University for coaching, fitness, agility and speed work and a tournament prior to Lightning's first home game of the year, against Team Northumbria starting at 6pm.
