There will be some practical elements so please bring or wear kit.
Lunch will be provided.

12.30 – Introduction to the Netball programme at Loughborough
13.00 – Lunch
13.30 – Campus Tour including sports facilities and accommodation
14.30 – Gym session with a strength & conditioning coach
15.30 – Break
16.00 – Court session with Olivia Murphy
18.00 – Finish
